When we check in with ourselves, we gain insight into our disposition, our beliefs, our self-talk, our aspirations, and direction. Awareness of what peaks our interest and holds meaning for us helps inform our habits and decisions, and can improve our sense of agency, gratitude, and well-being. In the spirit of wellness, insight, and fun, three questions:
