“I Am” Changes Everything
Success means different things to different people. A great place to start in our pursuit of anything positive is our values. What is actually bottom-line important to you at this point in life right now? Who is important?
How do you spend your time and with whom do you spend it? If we want a clear picture, the future is written in our values, habits, and use of time.
Success is largely an Identity Process.
You and I will never out-perform what we declare is so, and we will never out-perform the way we see ourselves.
You can say I'd like to.
You can say I'll try.
OR — You can say I Am.
Say “I am a person who makes my bed.”
“I am a person who meets deadlines.”
“I am a person who listens.”
“I am a runner, a trustworthy friend, a leader, a person who shows up, believes in others, and keeps my word.”
Deciding what and who you are begins a process.
Say “I am a vegetarian,” then take small daily steps that veer that way.
